How many suitcases can be loaded?
Here are the maximum number of suitcases that can be loaded into each vehicle type. The numbers are subject to change depending on the dimensions of the suitcases.
There is a possibility that the trunk will not have enough room for the same number of suitcases as the number of passengers. In such a case, we recommend you consider one of the following options.
Option 1: Charter one more car and use it to transport luggage.
Option 2: Have your luggage collected from the initial pick-up point (airport, hotel, etc.) and transported to the final destination by your chartered car; have your car return to the pick-up point and start your sightseeing tour. It is prohibited to have the luggage alone transported in a chartered vehicle, and at least one person from your party must ride in the car together with the luggage. (This option won’t work if the initial pick-up point and the final destination are located far apart from each other.)
Vehicle type and seating/luggage capacity
Standard/Upgrade sedan
Seating capacity: 3-4 passengers
Luggage capacity: 2 small suitcases or 1 large suitcase in the truck space
Although a sedan-type car can safely carry up to four passengers, we recommend only three passengers to ensure maximum comfort. If your party has four passengers, one will ride in the front seat and the three in the rear.
Alphard
Seating capacity: 5 passengers
Luggage capacity: 4 small suitcases or 2-3 large suitcases
A total of 3-4 large suitcases may be carried in the car if you utilize the legroom.

A total of three large suitcases may be carried in the car if you utilize the legroom.

A total of 6-7 large suitcases may be carried in the car if you utilize the legroom.
