A ride in the limo gives a special touch to special days: birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, or just a trip to a night getaway. Make a lasting impression on important events: engagement, marriage proposal, romantic surprise, and naturally, treating VIPs. Wide and comfortable L-shaped sofa seating creates an atmosphere of luxury and class.

Vehicles available: Chrysler 300C Limousine and Ford・Excursion.

Maximum passenger capacity is 8.

Reservation must be made at least one day in advance by 13:00.

Special Charter Offer

1. Minimum 2 hours of class and luxury.

2. A bottle of Champagne per group is provided on request. Balloons can also be provided free of charge to boost up the party mood. Champagne glasses, champagne cooler, and ice are included.

3. No extra charge to bring your own drinks.

4. Time-based charter with flexible destination plans
The route of your cruise is flexible within the chartered hours.

5. Bring your own music: CD and DVD players available. The Ford Excursion is equipped with WiFi and an iphone can be used as the music source.

Notes

• - Smoking prohibited in the vehicle.
• - Causing damage to or removing any item from the vehicle is prohibited.
• - The passenger limit for each vehicle is determined by law. (Passenger capacity is subject to the volume of luggage.)
• - If there is an increase in the number of passengers without advance notice on the day of the reservation, the charter may have to be canceled.
• - No money will be refunded if the charter is canceled due to violation of any of the regulations listed above. Customer must pay for damage or cleaning in full.
• - We, Island Life Concierge, act solely as an agent between the client and the service provider, and we are not liable for any injury or death that may occur during the services reserved through us.

Cancellation policy

• - Cancellations made 8 days prior to the service date will be charged a cancellation fee of 30 percent of the quoted full rate.
• - Cancellations made 7-3 days prior to the service date will be charged 50 percent of the quoted full rate as a cancellation fee.
• - Cancellations made 2-1 days prior to the service date will be charged 70 percent of the  quoted full rate as a cancellation fee.
• - Cancellations made on the same day of service will be charged the quoted full rate as a cancellation fee.
• - Please inform us of any cancellation at least one week prior to the service date in order to avoid any cancellation fees.
• - All cancellations must be received by Island Life Concierge during office hours. Office hours: Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00 (local Japanese time)

• - All reservations: 7 days in advance (reservations accepted until 17:00)
